We are a small team of Excel, VBA and data specialists working from Jaipur in India. Since 2014 we have helped businesses around the world fix, build and automate their spreadsheets, and we do all of it online.
Our team works from Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, as one unit rather than a loose list of freelancers. Between us we cover Excel formulas and modeling, VBA automation, Power Query, dashboards, Google Sheets and Apps Script, and Power BI. When you post a project, one person looks after it from start to finish, and they can pull in a teammate whenever a job needs a second pair of hands.
We started taking on spreadsheet work through freelance marketplaces in 2014. Since then we have completed more than 140 projects, from quick formula fixes to full reporting systems, and we still treat every one as if our reputation depends on it, because it does.
Being in India means we are often working while your office is closed, so the file can be ready by your next morning. When you need to talk, we book calls at a time that suits your working day, whether you are in New York, London or Sydney.
We usually reply within 2 hours, and most projects can start within a few hours of you approving the quote.
We work over Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, and walk you through every finished file on a screen-share call.
Share files through your own Google Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint and remove access when we finish. We are happy to sign an NDA first.
Rates start at $15 per hour, and most jobs get a fixed quote before any work begins, so you always know the cost upfront.
We explain things in plain English, we agree the scope in writing before we start, and we document what we build so you are never stuck depending on us for small changes. Every project comes with 30 days of free fixes after handover. If something is not right, we put it right, and our refund policy explains what happens in the rare case we cannot.
