• Project form details: your name, email address, project description, budget, timeline, whether you would like a call or an email quote, and any file you attach.
• Messages: emails, chat messages and call notes when we discuss your project.
• Project files: spreadsheets, data and documents you attach to the form or share with us later.
• Website usage: basic information such as pages visited, browser, device type and approximate location, collected through cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not take card payments on this website. Payments are handled by the payment service you use, and we never see or store your full card details.

3. How We Use It

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
• To carry out, deliver and support your project.
• To send invoices and keep the records that tax and accounting law require.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

We only email you about your enquiry or project. We do not send newsletters or promotional emails unless you ask for them.

4. Who We Share It With

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run our business, and only as much as they need to do their job:

• Google (Gmail and Google Sheets), which store project form submissions and email.
• Brevo, which sends our form confirmation emails.
• Calendly, if you choose to book a call with us.
• Hostinger, which hosts our business email.
• Cloudflare, which delivers this website securely.
• Any video call or file sharing tool you choose to use with us, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Google Drive or OneDrive.

We may disclose information only if the law requires it.

5. Your Project Files

We use your files only for your project, and only the team members working on it can open them. When a project ends, we delete our working copies within 90 days unless you ask us to keep them for future changes. Where possible, share files through your own Google Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint so you stay in control and can remove our access at any time. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share anything.

6. How Long We Keep It

• Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted within 12 months.
• Quotes, invoices and project emails are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
• Website usage data is kept by the analytics service under its own retention settings.

7. Security and Where Data Is Stored

This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we keep your information in password-protected accounts. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you send us. Our team works in India, and the services listed above may store data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Wherever it is stored, we protect it as described in this policy.

8. Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Just email us and we will respond within 30 days, usually much sooner. If you are in the UK, the EU, Australia or another country with data protection laws, you can also complain to your local data protection authority, but please contact us first so we can try to put things right.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
